Marine Dubucq
Marine likes challenges and loves to chat about startups’ business models, especially about how to rethink their legal framework to better fit their strategy.
Before APE, Marine worked for PSA (Peugeot Citroën) group and for the law firm Mayer Brown. Whilst she was there she supported her clients through each stage of their company’s development (incorporation, fundraisings, mergers/acquisitions, governance, business deals).
When she is not at work, Marine is learning to code, and enjoys sampling different he grape varieties and meditating while doing yoga.
Marine speaks French, English, Python & HTML (beginner).
